The company was found in 1990 by M. Michel Richard, based in St-Prosper-de-Beauce and was named at this time Couvres-Planchers MGR. In 1995, the company becomes MGR Canada. The product rang gets larger over the years, always improving it’s market share.

In 2010, M. Robert Roy, from St-Georges-de-Beauce, acquires MGR Canada and extend is market to the east of Quebec, the Maritimes and the eastern United States by offering an excellent service and a top quality of products.
